Magical and enchanting.

TransformOnline - Music Review

As I first listened to Stars on the Wall, I was surprised. Not to say that I was expecting something horrible or fantastic: I was surprised by how much it resonated with me. The music was magical and enchanting. It was the musical Aries to my Aquarius. I was fascinated with how relevant it seemed.

The music has a certain flow to it that seems to be timed just perfectly: as if the stars were aligned. I know it’s cheesy to draw such comparisons or to craft such an analogy, but it just feels right in this case. With the seasons changing, The Go Find have written an album that feels refreshing like a brisk morning dew. The music is subdued but bright and minimalism is the vehicle, but the hooks make it all right.

Everything about this album draws you in. With each successive song you want more. The likes of “Dictionary” and “Kid OK” emerge as anchors within this great album. The melodies and instrumentation entice you to dive deeper. For whatever reason, with each listen you discover more. The musical journey is captivating. I recommend Stars on the Wall to anyone who is looking for something new.
