Another gem from these fine Floridians!

TransformOnline - Music Review

I'm at a point now – as a fan – of eager anticipation. The Holy Mountain continue to surprise (not unlike Jodorowsky in repeated viewings) with their energetic and honest output. What you have here are 11 tracks of blistering, metal/power-violence tinged hardcore. Solid guitars smolder the military precision of the rhythm section... vocals blaze with unrepentant sinner desperation. This record commands you to play it loud so that you can put the fear of God into unsuspecting listeners.

"Manufacturing Political Leverage," “Penned In," and "Spilling Currency" are extraordinary. Along the new six tracks you get the Wrath 7" ("The Sovereign State," "Re-construction," and the title track) and two pristine recordings of them live doing "America" and "Slaves" from The Fest 4 this past November 2005. There are even some psychedelic hardcore moments. It doesn't matter how much hair I've lost or how many looming "adult" duties inflict themselves upon me, albums like this guarantee my future children's children will have a punk rock grandpa. Are the circle pits going counterclockwise? Do yourself a favor and pick up Entrails and Bloodstains Across Your Face in Decline as well.
