Capcom announces a partial cast for their new Street Fighter live action movie.

Capcom is please to announce the cast for a new Street Fighter live action movie. So far, the plot seems to revolve around Chun-Li, as opposed to Street Fighter staples Ryu and Ken, or the "we want to scrub this from our minds" original Street Fighter movie character Guile. So far (based on American SF names):

Chun-Li: Kristin Kreuk - Most known for portraying Lana Lang in Smallville.

Balrog: Michael Clarke Duncan - He's played a lot of secondary characters, most notably The Scorpion King, Planet of the Apes, and more recently, The Island.

M. Bison: Neal McDonough - He's been in The Hitcher, Flags of Our Fathers, Timeline, and Minority Report.

Vega: Taboo - member of the very famous band Black Eyed Peas.

Charlie Nash: Chris Klein - he hasn't been in much as of late, but is mostly known as Oz from the older American Pie movies.

I don't know if the movie will work as well, but the actors cast do look like believable movie versions of their video game counterparts. It does sound like Nash is going to die off quick, though - I'm not so sure about him.
