Vivendi & Activision to Merge

New company dubbed "Activision Blizzard" may possibly be the biggest video game company in the world.
Activision and Vivendi Games announced they have signed an agreement to combine forces and operate under the new company name Activision Blizzard. They will have access to many franchises under the new label, including all of Blizzard's franchises, Tony Hawk, Call of Duty, and Guitar Hero.
How will this affect my addiction to fragging Zerg? Only time will tell.
