Halo franchise creator splits from the big Microsoft, Microsoft to have minority stake in company.

After a ton of rumors and speculation, yesterday confirmed a split between Bungie and Microsoft after a seven year business relationship. Bungie will be able to become a third party, but Microsoft will have a minority stake in the company.
