FAVORITE MUSIC
All over the map and it changes every hour. Miles Davis to Stevie Wonder to Explosions In The Sky, Sigur Rós, Queens Of The Stone Age, Mono, Shellac, Pelican, The Hold Steady, The Flaming Lips, Lightning Bolt, Slint, Red Sparowes, My Morning Jacket. Stuff from my "youth" like U2 and REM hold soft spots as does Van Halen. Early '90s "Alt Rock" (Ned's Atomic Dustbin, The Stone Roses...) as well as '80s alt rock (Echo & The Bunnymen, The Alarm...). I will pretty much listen to everything once and if I don't like it... it probably sucks.

FAVORITE MOVIES
Shawshank Redemption, Fight Club, Ichi the Killer, most Tarentino films, Star Wars, Everything is Illuminated, Sin City, Nightwatch. Rock documentaries like The Flaming Lips and Wilco, too. I am a sucker for those.

FAVORITE AUTHOR/BOOKS
I wish I read more. Books I read and liked include Fight Club and American Psycho. I have two little kids as well, and I can recite Go Dog Go! and Green Eggs and Ham by memory. Also, have you read the Lizzy Maquire series? ...Oh it's a page turner.

FAVORITE TV
The Simpsons, The Office, CSI (the Vegas one only), stuff on Discovery HD and History Channel. Nothing beats HDTV, honestly. Sport Center I like to watch as well.

FAVORITE ANYTHING ELSE
I like bacon, beer, and donuts. Hockey is the best sport to watch and play. I actually like yard work and what little free time I have I like to kayak or go to concerts.

ADDITIONAL TIDBITS
The first concert I ever saw was Tears For Fears (Songs From the Big Chair tour). The last show I went to was Tortoise. I write two blogs: one personal, one music based.
